Fees and Services

Initial assessments typically take 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the child and the number of areas requiring assessment and include 30 minutes non face to face time to score and analyse assessments, write goals and record assessment notes.

Assessments are charged at $185 an hour

A brief description of the assessment and the goal areas identified will be sent free of charge. Detailed reports incur an additional cost.

AAC assessments, trials and applications are charged at $185 an hour.

Your therapist will discuss your report needs with you and send you a quote prior to commencing the report.

Pip Squeak Speech Pathology aims to limit travel charges by grouping clients together who are based in similar locations.

No travel charge is applied if your session in within a 10 minute drive from our home base for that day.

If your child is located more than 10 minutes from the previous client, a travel fee will be charged in 5 minute increments.

Travel is charged at $185 an hour.

Pip Squeak Speech Pathology offers therapy sessions at schools, homes, daycares, and other community settings.

Session options include:

• 45 minutes face-to-face + 15 minutes non face-to-face = $185.00

• 60 minutes face-to-face + 15 minutes non face-to-face = $231.25​

The additional 15 minutes covers time spent writing session notes, emailing feedback, planning for future sessions, and liaising with the team as needed.

Language Development Centre (LDC) applications are charged at $185 per hour, usually taking a minimum of 5 hours to complete.
